近日，星巴克準備進軍意大利濃咖啡之鄉，但引發意大利人民衆強烈不滿，並積極準備抵制。</p>
<p>
據《意大利晚郵報》稱，第一家星巴克的入駐協商已進入最後階段。其入駐計劃將在聖誕節之前完成，爲2016年首個南瓜拿鐵進入米蘭鋪平道路。據報道，某意大利知名企業家就獨特配方爲星巴克出謀劃策，星巴克將會用良好的無線網絡覆蓋吸引傳統咖啡店的顧客。</p>
<p>
雖然上週達美樂憑着意大利披薩供應不足的現實成功進駐米蘭，但是由於咖啡在意大利的意義獨特，星巴克的入駐必將受到強烈的反對。目前已有不少意大利民衆開始利用社交網站等媒體組織發動抵制活動。而且在此之前，外國企業進駐意大利食物和飲料市場均以失敗告終。</p>
<p>
那麼問題來了，爲什麼意大利人對星巴克如此反感，掌櫃攻略摘編了一篇國外舊文《沒有星巴克的意大利》，以解釋這一獨特的餐飲現象：</p>
<p>
如果沒有意大利，就沒有現在的星巴克。正是星巴克總裁霍華德·舒爾茨1983年的意大利米蘭之旅，成就了他如今的“世界咖啡王國”。</p>
<p>
他曾在一本書中寫到，那時他還是星巴克的市場總監，一天下午來到大教堂廣場，那裏有米蘭最著名的哥特式教堂，廣場四周全是咖啡館，空氣中都飄蕩着着歌劇聲和咖啡的醇香。他意識到，意大利人已經把咖啡變成了生活的一部分，星巴克也不應該侷限於只賣咖啡豆了，要讓美國人也體驗到這樣的咖啡文化。</p>
<p>
現在星巴克在美國有11000家門店，日本有925家，英國730家，墨西哥有314家……1月30日，星巴克宣佈今年將在印度開店，然而意大利至今卻沒有一家。</p>
<p>
2002年，霍華德·舒爾茨說“我對意大利和法國市場有興趣。”兩年後，巴黎和里昂有了門店，可是意大利還是沒有。2006年，他說：“比起意大利，我覺得其他國家更有發展潛力，但星巴克終究會開到那裏去的。”</p>
<p>
意大利咖啡業太發達是星巴克害怕在意大利開店的原因嗎?如果不是，又是什麼?</p>
<p>
首先美國人和意大利人喝咖啡的習慣有點不同：美式咖啡倒得很滿，意式卻只倒到一個手指頭那麼深，意大利人覺得一杯美式咖啡都夠八個人喝;且意大利人只能早餐時喝卡布奇諾，他們覺得美國人中飯、晚飯一頓大喫後喝咖啡，簡直不可思議。</p>
<p>
其次，美式咖啡和意式咖啡在選料上也不同。霍華德·舒爾茨2008年去意大利考察時說：“意式咖啡太澀了，味道太濃。星巴克繼承了意大利的咖啡文化，但值得驕傲的是改進了咖啡的口感。”而一名意大利咖啡師培訓師Gianluca Brizi說：“星巴克只是用了不同原料而已，要是在意大利開家店只賣這種咖啡，第二天就會關門。星巴克很善於選址、發揮品牌優勢，但似乎丟失了咖啡的品質。”</p>
<p>
再次，星巴克提供的是一個閒談聚會場所，正合喜歡慢慢品咖啡的意大利人的胃口，但它並非在意大利所向無敵。</p>
<p>
第一個對手是麥當勞，它最近在意大利被稱作“麥咖啡館”，如今有411家門店，其中116家都是咖啡沙龍式的裝飾佈局，非常受歡迎。此外，“效仿”星巴克的咖啡館Arnold Coffee已經出現了，不僅環境相仿，賣的東西也差不多。Arnold Coffee在意大利有6家門店，去年營業額同比增長44%。創辦人之一Andrea Comelli說：“我覺得競爭還不算太激烈吧，別的咖啡館都空着的時候，這裏是滿的。”他準備在5年內再開44家店。</p>
<p>
Andrea Comelli說到了第一次喝美式咖啡的情景。2001年在紐約，他點了一杯咖啡不知道怎麼喝，於是用吸管去吸，結果把舌頭給燙了。他對那次經歷還心有餘悸，“不過現在喝美式咖啡比意式濃咖啡多了”。或許當意大利人喝美式咖啡都多於喝意式濃咖啡的時候，霍華德·舒爾茨就可以大膽進軍了。</p>
