如果是麥當勞6元一杯的咖啡，確實很難喝，像肥皂水一樣的美式。</p>

每次我都要加奶加糖，如果是Mc cafe的話，其實還不錯的。</p>

第一 用的是自動美式機 這種機器煮出來的咖啡 比起虹吸式或者滴濾式的單品 明顯偏淡 第二就是咖啡豆的原因 基本都是咖啡豆對咖啡的影響起碼佔了百分60 而麥當勞那種</p>

基本都是低成本的批量生產的咖啡豆 也就當速溶喝喝就好</p>

McCafe是從墨爾本起源，進而被介紹到其他國家的。也是麥當勞轉變自己“垃圾食品”品牌形象的一個舉措 — 但就其定位而言，我覺得還是面對麥當勞的一般受衆，不外乎就是給消費者一般漢堡薯條汽水外的選擇罷了。</p>
<p>
歸根結底，這還是一個快餐食品。在國外(至少在澳洲)，不太受歡迎的原因是因爲咖啡做的不好。在國內，在沒有大量以咖啡爲日常消費習慣的用戶的基礎上(星巴克的在中國的成功就很好的說明了國內咖啡受衆的需求)，McCafe也是一個尷尬的存在。</p>
<p>
McCafé就跟McDonald開在一起，本意是想吸引喫漢堡炸雞的老顧客來嘗試他們的新產品。McCafé的市場定位應該是介於中端星巴克跟街邊奶茶店那種不上不下的位置，想依靠稍顯精緻的外觀來吸引老顧客。</p>
<p>
但要搞清楚的是國內不像歐美那樣將喝咖啡視爲“日常行爲”，我們好喝茶，咖啡只是某些人爲追求逼格或者嚐鮮纔會喝的。星巴克爲什麼在中國那麼火，而在澳洲幾乎被其它街邊咖啡店排擠出去，就是因爲中國人心中星巴克跟“小資”這個詞密不可分的。</p>
<p>
既然McCafé這個品牌跟McDonald這個快餐品牌脫不了關係，價格便宜點卻無法達到“小資”的效果。而且偶爾捨得花十幾二十塊買杯不常喝的咖啡，幹嘛不多花10塊錢去買星巴克這種更能“體現身份”的咖啡呢。</p>
