雲南省持續的乾旱對當地重要的咖啡產業產生極大影響。雲南省咖啡協會公佈的數據顯示，由於乾旱影響，保山等地3萬畝左右的咖啡受災，可能導致全省咖啡減產5%~10%，預計造成經濟損失上千萬元。<br />
星巴克愛伲咖啡（雲南）有限公司（以下簡稱愛伲咖啡）下屬思茅木乃河工廠負責人範德明對 《每日經濟新聞(微博)》記者表示，乾旱對咖啡的產量確實造成一點影響，不過，由於近年來雲南省每年咖啡種植面積都在擴大，因此對整體產量不會有太大影響。<br />
昨日（3月18日），記者還了解到，雖然星巴克、雀巢等國際咖啡巨頭紛紛進入雲南收購咖啡豆，但近來 咖啡豆的價格隨着國際價格一直處於下降趨勢。這也意味着，雲南咖啡產業不僅面臨減產的可能，也正遭遇價格下跌的衝擊。<br />
全省咖啡減產5%~10%<br />
近日，雲南省咖啡協會副祕書長鬍路對媒體表示，乾旱已經造成保山等海拔較高地區3萬畝左右咖啡受災，若旱情持續下去，將會導致全省咖啡減產5%~10%，直接經濟損失1000萬元。<br />
事實上，早在2010年，雲南咖啡種植也曾遭遇旱災的重創，當時僅保山市就有12.5萬畝受災，產量累計損失5620萬噸。<br />
據瞭解，愛伲咖啡成立於2012年初，由星巴克與雲南愛伲集團合資。愛伲咖啡下屬思茅木乃河工廠負責人範德明在接受 《每日經濟新聞》記者採訪時表示，持續的乾旱可能對咖啡的產量造成影響。因爲咖啡即將迎來開花期，如果缺少雨水，會導致減產，且乾旱對咖啡的出米率也會造成影響。<br />
愛伲咖啡另外一位楊姓負責人還表示，乾旱對咖啡的質量可能也會造成一定影響。<br />
“乾旱會使得咖啡在成長過程中變得瘦小，不成熟。”以經營外貿爲主的聯興咖啡負責人簡龍生表示，“但是偏偏現在很多跨國公司收購時，對咖啡豆質量要求更高”。<br />
記者在採訪中瞭解到，雖然乾旱對咖啡的產量會有一定影響，但是由於近年來雲南省咖啡種植面積的不斷擴大，因此整體上，咖啡豆的供應仍不成問題。<br />
咖啡豆價格已進入下降週期<br />
在受到乾旱減產的同時，雲南的咖啡豆價格也不斷下降。這意味着，在經歷數年擴產之後，雲南咖啡產業或將遭受減產、降價雙重打擊。<br />
雲南咖啡行業協會的統計顯示，2012年全省咖啡種植面積達134萬畝，產量達8.2萬噸，同比分別增長45.6%、26.1%。咖啡種植面積和產量都已佔到全國的98%以上。此外，2012年雲南省咖啡出口額在14億元左右，繼續保持全國最大咖啡種植和出口基地的地位。<br />
在這背後，雲南的咖啡種植經歷了迅速擴張。雲南省發改委和農業廳等部門聯合編制的一份 《雲南省咖啡產業發展規劃 （2010-2020）》（以下簡稱《規劃》）預計，到2015年，雲南全省咖啡種植面積發展到100萬畝，到2020年咖啡種植面積穩定在150萬畝左右。<br />
記者注意到，2008年至今，雲南省咖啡種植面積由39萬畝發展到134萬畝。照此速度，150萬畝的種植面積會提前數年實現。值得一提的是，在咖啡種植面積不斷擴張的同時，咖啡豆的價格卻已經進入下降週期。<br />
“現在咖啡豆的收購價格約在12.76元/公斤。”範德明說。2012年11月20日，作爲雲南咖啡收購價格風向標的雀巢公司開盤價格爲17.9元/公斤，這個價格已經低於去年同期。也就是說，在過去4個月，咖啡豆的收購價格下降了28.7%。“現在全球的咖啡產量都增加了，價格相比以前下降了不少。”雲南當地一位咖啡行業人士表示。資料顯示，2010年雲南咖啡價格達41元/公斤，創下歷史最高記錄。“雲南咖啡價格主要是參考紐約咖啡期貨的價格，但是現在整體咖啡價格都比較低，所以價格纔會一直不振。”聯興咖啡負責人簡龍生向《每日經濟新聞》記者表示。但更讓業內人士頭疼的是，隨着產量的不斷增加，價格又不斷下降，買家的觀望心理很重，導致需求並不旺盛。如果價格太低，或將出現價賤傷農的情況。<br />
簡龍生表示，咖啡行業有句話叫“追漲觀跌”，現在很多國外買家都不出手，都處於觀望狀態，雖然產量增加，但是買方市場很弱，價格就會更加下跌。與此同時，買家對質量的要求也越來越高，出口形勢也不好。
