這棟建築據說是以PORTPIA博覽會時使用的大帳篷改建爲清真寺的外貌般的建築</div>

進入館內，右邊馬上可以看到菜單上排列了多種咖啡的咖啡廳，雖然恨心動，還是先去參加體驗課！</div>

講堂有六張桌子，正對著講師的示範桌，這是學生的桌子（^｡^）</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
桌上有烘焙用的濾網和瓦斯爐，以及四種烘焙時間各異的咖啡豆樣品</div>

課堂一開始，先教我們如何沖泡咖啡</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
這次是用濾紙沖泡兩種咖啡來試喝</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
兩種不同烘焙程度的咖啡豆，用量匙盛等量下去秤重，重量竟然不一樣，真是太意外了！</div>

</div>
<div>
烘焙的程度越重，也就是烘焙時間越長的咖啡豆會越輕</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
原本以爲自己對沖泡咖啡的方式是很有心得的了，上課之後才發覺到</div>

有些地方是按自己的想法隨意做的coldsweats01.gif</div>

比如注入熱開水時，雖然知道一開始要稍微浸潤咖啡粉</div>

但接下來要分三次注入熱開水</div>

並且在咖啡粉的正中間，好像畫一日圓硬幣大小的圓般注入少量熱開水，就不知道了</div>

真是好好上了一課^_^</div>

接著</div>

就是挑戰烘焙了（^｡^）</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
從巴西、乞力馬紮羅、哥倫比亞等五種生咖啡豆中選一種喜歡的</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
個人偏好帶點苦味的咖啡，所以選了巴西豆</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
將生豆放到濾網內加蓋，在距離爐火10——15釐米上方加熱，一邊搖晃濾網一邊翻炒，讓生豆可以全程均勻受熱</div>

</div>
<div>
我比較喜歡深焙的咖啡，所以花了比較久的時間</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
雖然拿得手很酸，但是過了10分鐘左右生豆開始爆裂的聲音響起，突然覺得有趣起來（^｡^）</div>

</div>
<div>
烘焙到想要的顏色後，將咖啡豆移到別的濾網，爲了避免餘溫讓咖啡豆繼續烘焙下去，使用扇子幫忙散熱</div>

成品的顏色如此漂亮，真是大大的滿足^_^</div>

原以爲這就可以馬上泡來喝了，結果被告知需要放置2——3天才可以喝</div>

下禮拜就可以在家慢慢享受了</div>
