6月9日，位於上海來大衆廣場的COFFii&JOY咖啡館開業迎客！值得注意的是，這是肯德基和必勝客的母公司百勝中國新推出的精品咖啡品牌！</div>

COFFii&JOY選址在來大衆的首兩層，總面積大約300——400㎡，其中門店一樓所處的是一片半開放的空間，旁邊有一家剛剛翻新裝修的肯德基；二樓連接着和平影都的IMAX廳。門店設計以藍、白爲主色調，搭配全透明挑高落地窗、簡約時尚的木製桌椅，整體營造出一種簡潔品質感。</div>

整體的咖啡吧檯爲環形空間，一側爲意式咖啡、冷萃出品吧檯；另一側爲手衝吧檯，中間部分作爲咖啡豆儲存倉。門店二樓還擺有一個網易嚴選和百勝合作設立的“無人貨架”，出售筆記本、LED鏡子和水壺等產品。</div>

COFFii&JOY的菜單也十分簡潔精簡，主要產品線有手衝咖啡、虹吸咖啡、意式咖啡以及氮氣/冷萃咖啡和非咖啡飲品，其中非咖啡飲品包括手沖茶、果汁和水。此外，店裏還出售榴蓮千層蛋糕、羊角包、小餅乾等，但選擇目前不多。值得注意的是，該店出售時下備受消費者青睞的“髒髒咖啡”——底部注入香醇冰牛奶，上層覆蓋熱濃縮咖啡，兩者漸漸相融，變成漸層效果。</div>

據公開數據顯示，2017年全球咖啡市場增速僅2%，中國咖啡消費的增速卻高達15%。有機構預測，自2018年起，中國咖啡消費規模每年或將以30%的速度增長，到2025年將超萬億。可見，中國咖啡消費市場上升空間巨大。百勝中國此次開設咖啡館，顯然想從中分一杯羹。</div>

然而，目前國內咖啡市場競爭十分激烈，除了星巴克、漫咖啡、Costa爲代表的傳統連鎖咖啡店爭奪市場，以連咖啡、瑞幸咖啡爲代表的互聯網咖啡以及以Blue Bottle爲代表的網紅精品咖啡館也紛紛湧現。百勝中國的精品咖啡品牌COFFii&JOY能否如麥當勞、肯德基那樣取得成功，我們拭目以待。</div>
