位於哥倫比亞西南部的薇拉產區,在西部臨海山脈與東部山脈交界形成的峽谷斜坡上,是衆所皆知的哥倫比亞精品咖啡產區之一,同時是精品咖啡栽種區最南部地區,緯度較高,跟其他區域相比,薇拉產區終年有雨且氣候與溫度合宜,這樣的栽種條件提供這區域高品質的咖啡豆之外甚至可以栽種到超過兩千米的地方。薇拉多以小農爲主,咖啡皆爲水洗處理法。</div>

簡單說說什麼是波旁咖啡。 波旁咖啡最初栽種於留尼汪島,當地在1789年前也被稱做波旁島(le Bourbon)。波旁種,是鐵皮卡(Typica)突變產生的次種,與鐵皮卡同屬現存最古老的咖啡品種,綠色果實成熟時會呈現鮮紅色。</div>

一直以來哥倫比亞總是給我平𧗾但甜感鮮明的印象,這也是我一直都和推薦給和進入精品咖啡世界的朋友,而這一次所選到的哥倫是來自哥倫比亞中知名產區多利馬Tolima,對這個產區的咖啡豆,我的印象是那水果般的香氣及蜜糖的甜韻,當然這一次選的這一支聖路易斯莊園San Luis Estate更是如此,同時也是比較少出現在我們架上的<a href="https://www.gafei.com/fenhongbopang/20180119115103.html">粉紅波旁</a>品種,更爲這一支咖啡豆的味道加分了不少,有著櫻桃及甜桃的香氣,後段是果糖般的甜韻且持久,油脂感鮮明也同時爲這支豆子表現出最平衡的美味。</div>
