2014年12月3日 北京 南鑼鼓巷內酒店咖啡館的比例不得高於25%，小燒烤店不許開進南新倉，300平方米以下的餐飲企業想進簋街開店沒門。今後，想要在前門大街、鮮魚口美食街、南鑼鼓巷、南新倉、簋街、五道營這6大特色商業街區開店，先得跨過幾大門檻。而已經進駐的商戶也別想換花樣擅自改變主營業態。這是記者從東城區人民政府辦公室近日在數字東城網站上公佈的“關於印發前門大街等特色商業街區業態發展指導目錄的通知”中瞭解到的。</p>
<p>
前門大街 低端零售業被限制</p>
<p>
爲了保護前門大街風貌，今後，前門大街將鼓勵發展商賈文化、梨園文化、會館文化、精品酒店、咖啡茶藝館、書店、老字號餐飲、特色品牌餐飲、北京傳統小喫、定製化服務等，同時鼓勵品牌專賣店、形象店和旗艦店入駐。而包括代理性質的旅遊工藝品和旅遊食品店、低端零售業等則將被限制發展。</p>
<p>
鮮魚口 鼓勵“魚”特色餐飲</p>
<p>
鮮魚口老字號美食街除了鼓勵發展能體現老北京傳統餐飲特色的小喫業態之外，還特別提出要鼓勵發展以“魚”爲特色的餐飲企業。</p>
<p>
“小、散、亂”包括小餐館、小喫店、小快餐店都在限制發展的名單中，同時限制無品牌無特色的餐飲店。</p>
<p>
南鑼鼓巷 酒吧咖啡館佔25%</p>
<p>
南鑼鼓巷特色商業街，下一步將吸引商務會所、餐飲休閒、創意商品展售、文化演藝等行業入駐。通過置換、調整、限制、更新、招商等方式，形成酒吧咖啡館佔25%、特色服裝服飾佔25%、創意製作及商品零售店佔35%、會所客棧佔5%、特色餐飲佔5%左右、其他經營服務佔5%的業態結構比例。</p>
<p>
從嚴限制涉及“小、散、亂”包括小商店、小酒吧、小喫店、燒烤店、無品牌特色餐飲店、歌舞廳、各類舊貨、小五金、車輛維修、鋁合金加工、建材、生產資料行業以及其它不符合南鑼鼓巷發展規劃的業態，不予支持。屬於開門打洞、違章違法建設的房屋一律不予受理。</p>
<p>
南新倉 燒烤店歌舞廳禁入</p>
<p>
南新倉文化休閒街鼓勵包括名人名家藝術館、畫廊、古玩藝術品鑑賞與交易、非物質文化遺產等項目。</p>
<p>
涉及“小、散、亂”包括小商店、小酒吧、小喫店、燒烤店、歌舞廳、各類舊貨、小五金、車輛維修、鋁合金加工、建材、生產資料行業以及其它不符合南新倉街區發展規劃的業態，不予支持。</p>
<p>
簋街 300平方米以下餐館禁入</p>
<p>
想要入駐簋街開店的餐飲企業，首先營業面積不得低於300平方米，前廳營業面積與後廚面積之比還要符合1:0.45的要求，店面外觀如裝修風格、牌匾樣式等應符合簋街現有風貌。小餐館、小酒吧、小喫店、燒烤店、小快餐等營業面積要達到50平米及以上。</p>
<p>
五道營 打造國學文化相關產業</p>
<p>
五道營特色商業街區，鼓勵發展與國學文化相關的特色產業。此外還包括家庭藝術館、古玩藝術品鑑賞與交易、非物質文化遺產等項目。</p>
<p>
低端旅遊紀念品以及不符合五道營發展規劃的“小、散、亂”門店，包括小商店、小酒吧、小喫店、燒烤店、無品牌特色餐飲店、歌舞廳、各類舊貨、小五金、車輛維修、鋁合金加工、建材、生產資料等，不予支持。</p>
