			<span style="font-size:16px;">據&ldquo;美國都市日報&rdquo;的描述，帶起這股 Fushion 咖啡風潮的主要品牌是剛成立於 2012 年的 Four Sigmatic。當然，材料並非一般作爲意粉伴菜的蘑菇，所謂&ldquo;蘑菇咖啡&rdquo;，其實是加入了藥用菇菌成分的即溶黑咖啡。Four Sigmatic 現時專門生產四種&ldquo;蘑菇咖啡&rdquo;，包括赤芝（Reishi）、蟲草（Cordyceps）、樺樹菇（Chaga）和猴頭菇（Lion&rsquo;s mane）。零脂肪、含豐富蛋白質、維他命和抗氧化劑的藥用菇菌，在傳統中菜中一直備受推崇，指其具有食療價值，可效紓緩壓力，幫助減重，有助防止患上心臟疾病和癌症。而放在即溶咖啡中，Four Sigmatic 則聲稱不但更爲健康，而且咖啡因的含量相對爲低，能減少部分人士喝咖啡後會心跳加速和手震的情況。</span></div>

			<span style="font-size:16px;">理論上&ldquo;蘑菇咖啡&rdquo;確實有益於人類，不過，與此同時，有醫學專家質疑這純粹是近年興起的健康飲食噱頭之一。不少前所未聞的冷門食材和食法，如今都被視爲促進健康的隱世良藥、超級食物（Superfood）。譬如在&ldquo;蘑菇咖啡&rdquo;以外，還有含豐富抗氧化劑的&ldquo;薑黃咖啡&rdquo;，以及來自印度和非洲的&ldquo;辣木汁&rdquo;。但 Northwell Health 漢庭頓醫院的營養師 Stephanie Schiff 卻對&ldquo;蘑菇咖啡&rdquo;的健康指數有所保留：&ldquo;現時仍未有實際研究作證，普遍來說，當你分解了完整的食材，其實並不能保證所提取的成分擁有跟原本食材一樣的營養價值。&rdquo;</span></div>
