	　　而由於每家法式濾壓壺的濾網不太一樣，建議咖啡粉的【研磨刻度】約在中度即可，不適合太過精細的咖啡粉，太細的粉有時不僅會堵住濾網孔，也可能會萃取出不好的味道，更甚是少部分通過濾網，讓你喝到滿口細渣渣的咖啡。所以，中等研磨即可。</div>

	　　再來是【粉水比】，通常我們會建議 20g 的咖啡粉，搭配 200ml 左右的熱水，水溫沒溫度計也沒關係，熱水壺煮滾之後就差不多了。不過水量可以依照個人口味去調整，例如：不太愛濃厚系的2/3編，就會把水量稍稍加到250ml，衝煮耶加雪夫這類乾淨花香調的豆子，就能嚐到我自己很愛的口感與香氣。</div>

	　　濾壓壺中濾網能使咖啡粉散佈於水中，透過手柄壓下時濾網在器具中壓縮空間，咖啡粉顆粒由於較粗，受濾網網羅而達到與咖啡液分隔效果。濾壓壺的優點爲不會過濾咖啡油脂，因此能保留住精華，帶有較濃香氣與風味。</div>

	　　▽ 倒入熱水浸泡咖啡粉，先不要攪拌，因爲咖啡粉受熱會進行排氣反應（約30秒&mdash;&mdash;1分鐘，有點類似悶蒸），之後稍微搖晃，或輕輕使用攪拌棒（這步驟可稱作&ldquo;破粉&rdquo;），讓咖啡粉能充分浸泡到熱水，這時看到浮在表面的誘人Creama，用視覺享受一下咖啡的新鮮，心情也會hen不錯。</div>
