自2010年，雀巢公司幫助當地咖農更新了咖啡豆費品種升級，從雲南傳統的小粒咖啡升級爲引進來自南美的卡迪姆，並幫助當地咖農普及新的品種。</div>

除此之外，自2013年以來，雀巢公司還爲咖啡種植農戶的優秀子女設立了獎學金計劃，鼓勵他們接受高層次專業教育，用知識技能擺脫貧困，同時也鼓勵他們學業結束後回到家鄉，建設家鄉，進而爲當地咖啡產業的發展做出貢獻。</div>

今年3月，佔地面積3萬平方米雀巢咖啡中心正式在普洱落成，它包括兩大功能區，一部分爲雀巢咖啡種植培訓中心和生咖啡豆檢驗室，爲咖農、農學家和咖啡專業人士提供交流和培訓;另一部分爲品質保證實驗室與綜合處理倉儲設施。該中心爲保障咖啡豆採購提供產收加工設施，以及基於國際標準的優質採購和檢測基準。使得雀巢這一合作共贏的努力提升到了一個新的高度 “雀巢在雲南咖啡深耕近30年，以雀巢商業模式，與奶農、咖農密切合作，指導農民合作發展，使其成爲一個可持續發展的產業模式，未來雀巢將着重在地方培養咖啡種植的專業人才，使中國的咖啡產業進入一個新的臺階。”11月29日，在《中國經營報》社主辦的“精準扶貧我們在行動—2016中國企業社會責任高峯論壇”上，雀巢(中國)有限公司公關總監何彤表示。</div>

雀巢(中國)公關總監何彤認爲，雀巢在雲南咖啡項目的深耕改變的是地方產業的結構模式，爲雲南創造出咖啡種植產業，打造了一個可持續發展的產業模式，爲當地農戶提供了專業的種植技術，實實在在提高的咖農的生活水平。</div>

咖啡產業如今已經是雲南的三大支柱產業之一。雲南咖啡種植的發展可以追溯到1988年，在近三十年內，雀巢咖啡先後向雲南普洱輸送了六代種植專家團隊，先後爲16000位咖農提供了田間管理、加工技術和農業規範實踐的培訓。<img alt="" src="/uploads/allimg/161205/8-16120509542BA.jpg" style="width: 401px; height: 300px;" /></div>
